Luke Kaestner was born in Shenandoah, Iowa and raised here in Snohomish, WA. He has a passion for helping people create better lives for themselves. Luke is fitness-focused, but will jump at the chance to eat at buffets. He has mastered Guitar Hero and the jury is out on whether that is a usable skill or not.
